Return & Exchange Policy
We at Bombay tea club™ strive for the best customer service for each and every single order made by you. If sometimes you are not content with your order of any accessory you may return or exchange eligible products from Bombay Tea Club™ in unused condition and the original packaging within 14 days of purchase accompanied by the invoice. However, perishables including packaged teas and tealeaves cannot be returned.
Please note that items purchased through special promotion, sales, or clearance are final sales, and therefore not eligible for returns or exchange.
If the customer wishes to get a refund for damaged accessories, Bank details must be provided, as The Bombay Tea Club™ does not carry out cash refund.
If the product is damaged and faulty due to some fault by us, Bombay Tea Club™ will provide a complimentary replacement and bear complete shipping charges.
We want you to be happy with your tea, accessories and the Bombay Tea Club experience. Even though we have policies set in place, please email us if you have any problem and we will do the best to solve it.
